  • Cells4Less by Unicell offers a 30-day return policy and a 1-year warranty. As long as you are in your 30-day return window, we will take the item back; however, you will be responsible for return shipping.
  • You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your shipment.
  • If the item is returned during the 30-day return window due to a defect, a prepaid label will be issued by Cells4Less’s customer service.
  • If Cells4Less finds nothing wrong with the item after receiving it back, the customer will be charged for the prepaid return label.
  • To get a refund or replacement, the phone must be in the same cosmetic condition as delivered by Cells4Less.
  • All returns must be shipped with their accompanying order number, packaging, and accessories (if applicable).
  • For all defects, and wrong products, Cells4Less will provide a return shipping label. However, customers are responsible for packaging the item safely to avoid any damage during transit, as well as printing the labels, applying them to the return, and dropping the return off at the carrier. If possible, get some kind of documentation from the carrier stating that they received the package. If you're able to obtain that documentation, upload that information in the service request with Cells4Less Customer Care. 
  • If the item is still under manufacturer warranty, the device must be taken to the manufacturer for defects.
  • Gifts, and promotional items, are not returnable or refundable

  • Cells4Less only issues one return label per order or item. Additionally, the return label will be sent to the original shipping address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • Order Protection, service is not eligible for return or refund. The purpose of orderprotection.com is to provide coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen items during transit, ensuring that you are protected throughout the shipping process.
